Programmes

We provide before school care programmes, after school care programmes and holiday programmes.  Our programmes are CYFs approved and WINZ subsidised.

Supervisor to Child Ratio

Two supervisors are on duty at all times and a ratio of one supervsior to ten children is maintained.

Before School Programme

What can I Expect?

• Children can be dropped off at our centres from 7am onwards (earlier dropoff by arrangement)
• Breakfast is served from 7am to 8am, including cereal, toast and a drink
• There is a quiet area for homework if necessary
• Games and activities are available

After School Programme

What can I Expect?

• Children who need transport will be picked up from their school within 15 minutes of the school bell ringing
• A healthy afternoon tea is provided including fruit, biscuits and juice
• We provide toast for kids staying after 5pm
• Homework time is about 20 to 30 minutes and commences shortly after arrival and tea
• A range of structured activities is available - consult your local centre's programme menu
• Children need to be picked up by 6pm and signed out by their parent/caregiver

Holiday Programme

What can I Expect?

• Children can be dropped off from 7am onwards, at which point children are signed in by parents/caregivers
• Pickup and sign out is at 6pm
• We provide morning and afternoon tea and some centres provide lunch.  Please consult your local centre's holiday programme brochure (can be found by navigating to your nearest centre here)
• We arrange an average of two trips away per week
• Supervisor ratio is one supervisor per eight kids on trips away from the centre
• The ratio for swimming activities is one supervisor per five children
